Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive
Location: Redditch – Office-Based (with Pre-Approved Remote Flexibility)
Salary: £23,000 – £24,500 per annum + Commission

About the Role

We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing business looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Marketing Executiveto join their team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for content creation, digital storytelling, and visual branding – particularly across social platforms.

You’ll take ownership of daily social media activity, design high-impact content using Photoshop/Adobe, and support broader marketing campaigns. This role offers a brilliant mix of creativity and strategic thinking in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media channels.
• Design high-quality graphics and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign).
• Support campaign development and contribute creative ideas aligned with brand goals.
• Track and report on engagement metrics, using insights to optimise content strategy.
• Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and support business priorities.
• Create and maintain a consistent visual and written brand voice across platforms.
• Assist with occasional blog, email, and website content creation when needed.
• Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
• Strong skills in Photoshop and other Adobe Creative tools – essential.
• Confident creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a creative flair for storytelling and brand tone.
• Experience using scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
