PYVITAL Attend House of Lords Event

On Thursday 5 February, the team were at the House of Lords for an important conversation about people and opportunity.

The event, hosted by Kul Mahay and Munish Chauhan MBBS, MRCS, PGDip , focused on Human Centred Leadership and the role emotional intelligence plays in shaping the next generation of leaders.

One of the highlights for us was seeing Macey Winspur speak about her experience as a young professional, and how the right leadership, mentorship and trust can create real opportunity early in a career.

It was powerful to hear from four young people, all with different journeys and challenges, but a shared message that when leaders take the time to listen and lead with empathy, it can genuinely influence confidence, direction and growth.

A huge congratulations and well done to Macey for such an inspiring, thoughtful speech. We’re incredibly proud to see emerging voices represented in spaces where those perspectives truly matter.
