We are working with a leading conveyancing firm to assist them in finding a Conveyancing Support Specialist to provide essential support to experienced conveyancers.
This role is ideal for those looking to develop their career within conveyancing, offering hands-on experience in residential property transactions. The firm provides a supportive and structured training programme, making it a great opportunity for individuals keen to progress in the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist conveyancers in managing a caseload of residential property transactions.
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Communicate with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support the team in meeting KPIs and performance targets.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal assistant role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to learning and problem-solving.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
