Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow client relationships through proactive outreach and outstanding service.
- Use your expertise to find, attract, and place top talent by utilising job boards, social media, and your network.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placement, delivering results and exceeding expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure repeat business and long-term success.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates.
- Proactive, results-driven, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in recruitment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage the recruitment process seamlessly.
