About the Role

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team in Glenrothes on a fixed-term contract. This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain function.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will provide essential support through data entry, administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and manage accurate data in supply chain systems, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Provide administrative support to the supply chain team, including documentation, reporting, and communication.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with the coordination of stock movements.
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to track deliveries and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain organised records of purchase orders, invoices, and other supply chain documents.
  • Support the team in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within supply chain or logistics.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with supply chain systems.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
