A look inside last Thursday’s People Leaders Forum, co-hosted by Leanne alongside Merran Sewell and Benedict Gorner from Gateley Legal at Adam’s Restaurant.
We brought together senior HR and People leaders from across the Midlands for a private, discussion-led session exploring retention, burnout and culture through change.
Insight was led by Kul Mahay, with contributions from Cllr Sharon Thompson and Steve Hewitt, alongside leaders from a range of industries who added depth, honesty and practical experience to the conversation.
