This week, we hosted a UK market entry briefing at the British Embassy in Mexico City, bringing together founders and business leaders exploring expansion into the UK.
The session moved quickly beyond the headline ambition of “growth” and into the practical considerations that shape successful international scaling. Discussions focused on key themes including hiring in the UK, building credibility in a new market, navigating compliance requirements, and understanding what long-term, sustainable expansion really involves.
We were pleased to hear insights from our guest speakers, including Jordi Peixó Marco of Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, as well as representatives from Mexico’s Ministry of Economy, who shared valuable perspective on investment, governance, and the realities of cross-border growth.
