Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the strategic value of HR solutions.

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in workforce management or related technology sectors, with a strong record in new business development.
  • Experience handling complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at all organisational levels.
  • Commercially driven with a customer-first approach to sales.
  • Problem-solving mindset, able to identify and address client pain points.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; professional qualifications are a plus.
