Leadership conversations are at their best when they’re real, honest and shared among peers and that’s exactly what this week’s People Leaders Forum delivered.
A space to explore real challenges, particularly around multigenerational leadership, a topic that’s increasingly shaping how we think about communication, culture and inclusion.
It was our second event, hosted on 9th July in partnership with Gateley Legal, and I’m grateful to everyone who helped make it happen.
Special thanks to Professor Zara Whysall for bringing such grounded insight, and to Carra Bosworth for creating space for meaningful reflection. And of course, to Merran Sewell and the Gateley team for being committed partners in shaping this community.
We’ll be hosting the next one in November and we’ll continue to keep the group focused on senior HR and people leaders who are navigating similar challenges.
